Chicken Run the Musical is a sociopolitical rock and roll experience crafted in the fertile loins of the Hudson Valley. Inspired by the hit 2000 claymation film, Chicken Run, CRTM provides a sonic hellscape that drags listeners through the chaotic revolutionary mindset of a working brood struggling under the boot of an oppressive regime. The band’s sound is a fierce amalgamation of confusing guitar riffs, shaky bass lines, and loud drums that mirrors the tension and desperation of the characters. CRTM offers not just entertainment but a rallying cry for freedom, echoing the struggles of the underdog through a lens of unapologetic rebellion. With their arousing performances and aggressive short toothed storytelling, Chicken Run the Musical transforms the concert experience into a cathartic journey, compelling audiences to confront the uncomfortable truths of their own realities while celebrating the power of collective action and solidarity.
